What do these scores mean?

Who is the best hero? Well, what is the question? Highest win-rate? Highest pick-rate?

A high win-rate, low pick-rate hero could be a niche hero; conversely, a high pick-rate, low win-rate hero could be strong.

This study tries to investigate all possible ways of scoring heroes to find the best.
