What do these scores mean?

Who is the best hero? Well, what is the question? Highest win-rate? Highest pick-rate?

A high win-rate, low pick-rate hero could be a niche hero; conversely, a high pick-rate, low win-rate hero could be strong.

This study tries to investigate all possible ways of scoring heroes to find the best.

Pick Rate — how often a hero is picked.
Win Rate - how often a hero wins.
Combined Blends both into one score. A high score means both a high pick rate and a high win rate.
Map-Relative — compares the hero to every other hero on the same map.
Self-Relative — compares the hero's performance on this map to that hero's own average across all maps.
Overall — blends Map-Relative and Self-Relative together.

Map-Relative Pick	How often this hero is picked here, compared to every other hero on this map.
Map-Relative Win	How often this hero wins here, compared to every other hero on this map.
Map-Relative Combined	Pick rate and win rate blended, compared to other heroes on this map.
Self-Relative Pick	How often this hero is picked here, compared to their own average pick rate across all maps.
Self-Relative Win	How often this hero wins here, compared to their own average win rate across all maps.
Self-Relative Combined	Pick rate and win rate blended, compared to the hero's own baseline across maps.
Overall Pick	Blends the map-relative and self-relative pick rate scores.
Overall Win	Blends the map-relative and self-relative win rate scores.
Overall Combined	The overall score — pick rate, win rate, map comparison, and self comparison all blended together.
